RJH Properties is a small, family run business. We believe in providing high quality housing without all of the hassles and problems of renting through the big rental agencies. Because we own and manage the properties we care about the condition of all our units. We live in Pullman so our tenants never have to deal with out of town landlords or rental agencies that only care about collecting rent. This directly benefits our tenants with a higher level of service should any problems ever arise.
